
Facilities - Bookings & Rentals
This form is included in the Rental Package, which also includes a rate schedule, floor diagrams and event day costs.
Upon return of the completed Rental Application, the Fox Theatre will review the application and, in its sole determination, make a decision on the event requested, based on the following criteria:
- Availability of requested date(s)
- Comparison to other event applications
- Event feasibility
- Applicant's previous event experience and capabilities
- Applicant's financial capabilities
We recommend that you book the Fox Theatre 6 mos. in advance, but earlier dates can be available upon request. Submittal of Rental Application does not guarantee a reservation of dates.
No dates can be held at the Fox Theatre without an approved Rental Application.
A minimum non-refundable deposit is required to book the Fox Theatre.
All dates are subject to availability and all prices and rates are subject to change.
The Fox Theatre will provide all necessary house personnel and facilities required for Lessee's use of the Fox Theatre, which includes house technician, power, heat, normal illumination, and cleanup. The cost of these services will be charged to Lessee at settlement. This flat fee assumes a maximum event time of 4 hours. Hours exceeding 4 hours will be subject to an additional per hour fee.
All out-of-pocket expenses associated with the event are paid by Lessee.
Three copies of the Fox Theatre Lease Agreement will be mailed prior to the event. All copies must be signed and returned (an executed copy will be returned to Lessee), at which time a 50% non-refundable deposit of the daily rental rate is due.
If needed, additional rental deposits may be required to cover the balance of the rental fee, estimated staffing, equipment, and technical services expenses.
Upon execution of the Fox Theatre Lease Agreement, the event is assigned to the Fox Theatre event manager who will be responsible for all operational details of the event from move-in to event performance, to move-out. The Fox Theatre event manager is the Lessee's liaison with the Fox Theatre staff and will provide all necessary information and coordination.
After meeting with the Lessee, The Fox Theatre event manager will prepare an itemized statement of reimbursable expenses which the Lessee will be financially responsible for at the time of settlement. A copy of these estimated expenses will be provided to the Lessee and will be considered an addendum to the Fox Theatre Lease Agreement.

At that time, Lessee will be presented with all available and applicable documented facility expenses, including but not limited to, rent balance, ticketing expenses, reimbursable expenses, taxes, catering expenses, and ticket settlement.
If, at ticketed events and at the sole discretion of the Fox Theatre, ticket sale proceeds are not sufficient to cover facility expenses, Lessee may be required to make additional deposits prior to the event. If such deposits are not made within a designated time frame, the event may be canceled, resulting in the Lessee deposit being forfeited.
In the event that ticket proceeds do not equal the expenses due, Lessee shall be responsible to pay the amount due in full at time of settlement.
Any unresolved or outstanding expenses from the event are to be settled within thirty (30) days.
