| Attending an Event |
The Fox Theatre provides complete Guest Services for all events. These include but are not limited to Ushers, Ticket Takers, Peer Security (Special Ushers), Police, Medical Services, Event Clean Up and Attendants.
The Fox Theatre is continually striving to be in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, which includes disabled seating areas, access to rest rooms, and building signage. Seating for the physically challenged is available in the main auditorium for all events.

No alcohol may be brought into the Fox Theatre. Alcohol Sales at concerts and other events are at the Fox Theatre Management discretion.
The use of cameras and video & audio recorders is regulated by the promoter of each event. Please check the calendar section to see if these devices will be allowed for a specific event.
There are several automated bank teller machines conveniently located in the area.
Individual conduct must be bound by law and the rights of others to enjoy the event. Guest behavior cannot offend others or be abusive to staff members or performers. Fox Theatre Management reserves the right to expel guests whose behavior affects the ability of others to enjoy the event. Please notify security personnel immediately if any such problem occurs.
Cans, bottles, thermos type containers and coolers are not allowed in the Fox Theatre. Fox Theatre Management reserves the right to inspect any container brought into the facility.
While the Fox Theatre strives to provide the best entertainment atmosphere in the industry, there is always room for improvement. Your comments and suggestions provide us with the best way to serve you better.
Doors open 60 minutes prior to scheduled show time for most events. For further information on event dates and times please check out our event calendar.
In the event of an emergency evacuation proceed calmly to the nearest exit. The Fox Theatre is equipped with adequate exits in each quadrant. Safe refuge areas for disabled guests are located on the main level. The Fox Theatre event staff will provide proper assistance for disabled patrons from the safe refuse areas.
The Fox Theatre's first aid station is located in the Coat Check Room, on the Mezzanine, marked by the international first aid symbol.
There are 5 permanent locations throughout the Fox Theatre. One bar station and one food station in the lobby area on the main level and two bar stations and one food station on the mezzanine level.
If you have a problem or question during an event, please report it to the nearest Guest Services Attendant.
Any type of laser pen or laser object is prohibited from the Fox Theatre. Any such device is dangerous to both guests and to event performers. Any guest found carrying such an object is subject to dismissal from the building as well as confiscation of the object.
Lost & Found items will be held at the coat check room. For claiming or reporting lost articles, call the Fox Theatre at (650) 369-4119 after the event, Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm.
No extraneous noise making devices shall be permitted inside the Fox Theatre.
No paging of guests by name is possible except in cases of extreme emergency. In such cases, contact a Guest Services Attendant or call (650) 369-4119.
There are over 2,700 parking spaces located within 1,000 ft. radius of the Fox Theatre. Parking on-site at the Fox Theatre is very limited. For emergency purposes, please do not park in fire lanes or in non-designated locations at any time.
There is no stopping allowed on Broadway in front of the Fox Theatre, except for disabled patrons.
There are two men's, two women's restrooms, and one ADA restroom serving the upper and lower seating areas in the theatre.
Signs and/or banners shall not be allowed in Fox Theatre without the Fox Theatre Management's authorization. Please read our vendor policy.
The Fox Theatre is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the theatre, including rest rooms.
For the safety of all, patrons must refrain from throwing any object in the standing or seating area or onto the playing surface or stage. Patrons who do not comply will be asked to leave the Fox Theatre.
Anyone trespassing on the stage of the Fox Theatre of any performance will be ejected and subject to arrest and prosecution in accordance with local ordinances.
